Calgary Carnivores Unite!
Popular meat-centric festival, Brewery and the Beast, to host inaugural Calgary event in Pumphouse Park.
Meat-lovers, mark your calendars: building off its success in Vancouver and Victoria, Brewery and the Beast is expanding the popular meat-centric festival to the hungry patrons of Calgary.
On Sunday August 23 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. guests are invited to gather at Pumphouse Park for a lip smacking culinary experience catered by Calgary’s best. With a focus on locally and ethically raised protein, Calgary’s Brewery and the Beast will showcase the finest meat inspired cuisine by Calgary’s top chefs and restaurants including Model Milk, Rouge, Anju and Yellow Door Bistro. For $79 guests are welcome to all the meat they can handle. On top of a hearty protein-filled meal, ticket holders (18+) will also enjoy live music and award-winning refreshments such as signature brews from the Philips Brewery Company, Phillips homemade sodas, specialty coffees and refreshing ice teas (every ticket includes 10 standard sized beverage tickets).
If you’re planning on attending, make sure to pick up your tickets soon as the festival has sold out in Vancouver and Victoria three years in a row.
