Once a year here at WL we’re lucky enough to get a few tips from the food pros (and of course we plan to share their wisdom!).

Our Foodies of the Year awards (held June 21 at Trail Appliances in Richmond) celebrates the best foodies in the West—from Manitoba to the tip of Tofino. Over wine and food (and endless wine and food chatter!), Dirty Apron chef David Robertson will be doing the main demonstration. Check it out:
