24 slider buns

24 1’’ x 1/2’’ cubes of stuffing

4 tbsp of cranberry sauce

2 tbsp turkey gravy

1 tbsp mayo (orange mayo is another nice option)

24 small slices of turkey

24 bamboo skewers

½ sheet of focaccia

2 stalks celery (diced)

1 onion (diced)

1 bunch sage

1 bunch basil

24 grape tomatoes

¼ cup shredded parmesan

2 eggs

4 oz turkey gravy

Sweat celery, onions and herbs until soft and translucent.

Add to cubed focaccia.

Mix in remaining ingredients and bake in a casserole dish, covered at 350 F for 1 hour.

Turkey Stuffing Slider

Spread mayo on one slider and slather cranberry pomegranate sauce on the other.

Cut an inch and a half-ish cube of stuffing and place it in the middle of the slider.

Garnish with a piece of turkey breast on top (yes, on top!) of the slider, skewering it with a bamboo stick.
