Blood Alley Cocktail

As part of a massive renovation of the Pan Pacific Vancouver’s restaurant area, the hotel introduced a new series of locally inspired cocktails for the new restaurant, Ocean 999. This one references a tiny but well-known street in Vancouver’s Gastown.

    Ingredients

    2oz Bulleit Bourbon

    3 dashes Peychauds bitters

    2 ¼ inch blood orange wheels

    1/2 oz blood orange syrup

    1 bar spoon white sugar

    Preparation

    Muddle blood orange wheels in the bottom of a rocks glass. Stir in remaining ingredients, and top with ice.
