Creamy Tahini Dressing
Use with: kale salads, grain and lentil bowls, roasted veggies, cold potatoes.
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp hot water (or enough to achieve a drizzling consistency)
1 garlic clove, finely crushed
Salt and pepper
Ingredients can be poured into a jar and shaken up quickly, then stored in the fridge all week to drizzle over salads or used to transform cold leftovers.
