“Bow Street and Back Again” (Coffee and Whiskey Boulevardier)

This cocktail is inspired by a combination of the classic boulevardier as well as the no-fail St. Patty’s Day favourite, Irish coffee. Bow Street is the location of the original Jameson distillery—established in 1780—where it operated before being relocated to Midleton in Cork County in the early ’70s.
