Bringing Mexico and Italy together in one glass, the cocktail is rich, complex, bitter and smooth—and balanced with a touch of sweetness.
1.5 oz mezcal
1.5 oz Cynar
Dash of orange bitters
1. Stir mezcal, Cynar and bitters together over ice.
2. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice.
3. Express lemon peel over drink and garnish with lemon peel. Enjoy!
