Michelada (Beer, Clamato and Tequila Cocktail)

Mixing beer and Clamato juice is nothing new, but the team at Tacofino takes the humble beverage to the next level with lime juice and tequila.

    Coarse salt (for the glass rim)

    1 oz fresh lime juice

    0.5 oz El Jimador Blanco tequila

    4 oz Clamato juice (Brand of your choice! We make ours in house.)

    5 oz Red Truck Lager or cerveza of your choice.


    1. Rub the rim of a pint glass with a wedge of lime, then cover the rim in coarse salt.

    2. Add lime juice, tequila, and Clamato juice to the glass and stir with a cocktail spoon.

    3. Top the glass with chilled red truck lager. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.
