Chasing Summer Cocktail

Proof YYC‘s Ian Storcer hangs onto summer with a mix of gin, Grand Marnier, Aperol and plum bitters.

    0.75 oz Tanquery Gin

    0.75 oz Grand Marnier

    0.5 oz Aperol

    0.5 oz Lemon Juice

    0.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup

    2 dashes Fee Brothers Plum Bitters


    1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

    2. Shake, then strain into coupe and garnish with grated Cinnamon
