Why I Heart The New Le Creuset
The classic French bakeware gets an update in time for Valentine's Day.
Now that the holidays are behind us and we’re firmly locked into the winter season, I’ll be spending weekends experimenting with comfort food recipes. That’s what the cold weather is all about, right? (This past weekend involved making breakfast for eight in a cabin at Mt Baker, where I discovered THE BEST French Toast recipe of all time.) Which is why I’m coveting the beyond-adorable new heart-shaped Sugar Pink casserole from Le Creuset. Made out of the brand’s signature cast-iron, the pretty-in-pink casserole is just the right vehicle to test out a few recipes from Leslie Stowe’s new cookbook, including her White Chocolate Brioche.
