Art-forward developers Westbank and the Peterson Group have been acquiring an impressive international art collection for the luxury hotel since its 2010 opening most recently unveiling “16”, a major new public art installation by Omer Arbel for Bocci, in March 2015. The complete collection features works by Neil Campbell, James Cheng, Liam Gillick, Fred Herzog, Zhang Huan, Ian Wallace and Joseph Wu, demonstrating a passion for art which they are keen to share with their guests.
For true art enthusiasts, the new Haute Art package adds a private guided tour of the Vancouver Art Gallery’s latest collections, and the chance to experience the art of sushi making with a customized Omakase sushi dinner at The RawBar, to the podcast tour opportunity.
