It's back: Vancouver magazine's search for the best locally made goods out there.
Our sister publication, Vancouver magazine, has once again put a call out for the best makers in the city.
Buckle up, because its second annual Made in Vancouver awards program is now accepting your entries so that it can spotlight even more of our city’s serious creative talent.
This year, they’ve refined our categories even further. In addition to awarding the best Beauty, Home and Fashion products, they’ll be giving out two Food awards (one for the best Sweet product, another for best Savoury) and three Drink awards (best Spirits, best Zero-Proof beverage and new this year, best Beer).
Or are you so outside the box that your made-in-Vancouver good isn’t easily categorized? They’ve also got a Wildcard category to cover anything else we’ve missed. From hot sauce to handbags to athleisure gear, if it’s made in the Lower Mainland, they want to hear about it.
VanMag’s Made in Vancouver Awards are your chance to share your work with the editorial team and esteemed guest judges (they’ll be announcing this year’s all-star panel soon!). Winners will be profiled in the July/August issue of Vancouver magazine on vanmag.com, too.
Ready to show us what you’ve got? They’re accepting submissions until March 13, so apply today. Show them what this city’s maker community has to offer!
