Caesar-Flavoured Chips Are a Thing
And they’re sort of amazing.
Today is National Caesar Day and like every single other “National _______” Day, it’s little more than an excuse for companies to shill their products. So when this package of Caesar potato chips landed on our desks last week—made by the Oregon-based Kettle Chip company no less—my initial reaction was, nice try. And then I got hungry and opened the bag and they’re pretty amazing in that they actually taste like Canada’s national cocktail. They’re spicy enough that those in our office who don’t care for Caesar’s didn’t actually love them, but those who did were enraptured. I was enraptured.
So please continue to be skeptical of National anything Day, but we give you permission to do so while eating these chips.
