The Western Living Design Icons program honours the outstanding contributors who have shaped the West’s design community. Their influence can be found not only in beautiful homes and landmark projects, but also in the careers they’ve nurtured, the businesses they’ve built and the standards they’ve set for the industry.

This year, we’re welcoming two exceptional interior designers into our hall of fame: Jennifer Heffel and Robert Bailey.

Jennifer Heffel

HB Design co-founder Jennifer Heffel is known for considered, cohesive interiors and an exacting command of complex residential projects. Her influence extends well beyond her portfolio: she has become an important mentor and advocate for emerging designers, both within her firm and throughout the wider design community.

Robert Bailey

Robert Bailey transforms simplicity into an art form, creating highly personal interiors through thoughtful details, layered materials and an unwavering commitment to the complete experience of a space. His optimism, generosity and exacting eye have earned him devoted clients and the admiration of generations of fellow designers.
