Earlier this year, we were thrilled to announce that following a fantastic inaugural year, the 2025 WL Design 25 Awards are back and bigger than ever. And that includes our first WL Design 25 party, where the winners will be announced live on stage on February 20, 2025, at our host venue, King Living in Vancouver.

But even more exciting: all of our finalists are eligible for a WL Design 25 People’s Choice Award. The finalists have been announced: and voting is now open!

How does it work?

While our WL Designers of the Year awards celebrate a body of work, the WL Design 25 awards are designed to focus on specific projects: from an inviting bedroom to a perfect chair, an elegant office space to a sustainably crafted coffee table. Each of the 25 winners on our WL Design 25 list represent the best of Western Canadian design in 2025. 

Our editors have had the extremely difficult job of selecting this year’s finalists, and those projects are now up for a WL People’s Choice Award.

You’ll have one vote per category (products and rooms)—so make it count!

Winners will be revealed on stage at the big live awards party on February 20, 2025. (Stay tuned for ticket details!)

The Western Living Design 25 People’s Choice voting is open until November 15 at 11:59 p.m. PST, so act fast and don’t be shy about championing your faves. We can’t wait to see the power of the people in action.
