Wine and beer tasting events are always happening, but it’s not very often you get the opportunity to eat a three-course meal that’s been expertly paired with cocktails and spirits. Lucky for us, Calgary’s Bar C Restaurant and Lounge has partnered with Eau Claire Distillery to do just that.On Wednesday, October 14, Bar C will serve some of their signature share plates alongside handcrafted cocktails using Eau Clair’s finest spirits.
