Award-winning chefs from Shangri-La Hotel, Paris join forces with Chef Ken Nakano and Pastry Chef Thomas Haas at Market by Jean-Georges for two nights.
In celebration of the 8th annual Chinese Restaurant Awards, Market by Jean-Georges and Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver will be hosting an exclusive showcase of culinary decadence on Friday, January 29 and Saturday, January 30. For two nights only, award-winning chefs Christophe Moret and Samuel Lee Sum from Shangri-La Hotel, Paris will be joining Market’s own Chef Ken Nakano and Master Pastry Chef Thomas Haas to create a seven-course epicurean tour of French, Cantonese and West Coast flavours. Featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and expertly paired French wines and Champagne, this event is sure to inspire and delight your tastebuds.
