In the moment, a dinner party is everything we love: good friends, good food, the house looking presentable. But flashback to the day before, and we’re hastily combing our recipe database trying to compile a menu that’s somehow delicious, low maintenance and impressive all at once. Luckily for you, we’ve done the work for this weekend’s main event already and pulled together a list of dishes to make party planning just a little less stressful. Putting together the guest list, though—can’t help you with that one.
