WildTale Coastal Grill's chef Erik Heck is spilling the secrets on his perfect-for-fall lobster bisque.
“Anytime you walk by somebody who’s roasting lobster bones, it’s truly a smell you’ll never forget,” says chef Erik Heck from WildTale Coastal Grill. “Such an engaging aroma, you can already taste it.” This is one of the participating restaurants at the Taste of Yaletown 2016, the annual two-week foodie event that kicks off October 13.Try the chef’s special recipe for lobster bisque here:Want to do more eating, less cooking?
