For when you want to bring a taste of Hawaii home.
Come summertime, the fourth-floor patio in the Rosewood Hotel Georgia has always been a local’s favourite for catching a little South Beach vibe in the heart of the city. Reflections: The Garden Terrace just went through an update—more seating options, a fresh blue and white colour scheme—but still features those coveted cabanas that call out for a sauvignon blanc and an afternoon with friends.Chef Harold Lemos revamped the menu, too—think compressed watermelon salad with burrata, curried prawn and coconut broth, or my personal favourite, albacore tuna poke. The Hawaiian-inspired dish gets a little heat from both red and green jalapeño peppers, and a summery fresh taste with the ginger, mirin and tuna. The recipe was long-requested of Lemos—and lucky us, he’s shared his secret recipe. Head over to the WL Recipe Finder, and wow your guests at your own patio party.
