What better look for a Vancouver bedroom than grey-on-grey-on-grey?
Sometimes, a design just sticks with you. Such is the case for this chic condo we featured a few years back: the Coal Harbour space was transformed into penthouse perfection for a young family by Designer of the Year winner Andrea Rodman, and anytime a cloudy Vancouver day comes around (which, lets face it, is pretty often this time of year), we think fondly of the home’s luxe grey-on-grey-on-grey bedroom.
Not because it’s gloomy. On the contrary: Rodman manages to cultivate an essence of coziness from a spectrum of shades of grey.
As the storm rages outside, the plush upholstered bed (a custom design by Rodman, built by WD Western Designers) with fresh grey-and-white linens beacons; lush, wall-to-wall drapery wraps the view in a hug.
