As host to this year’s ADDRESS, designer Kate Duncan is ready to talk shop. ADDRESS’s self-proclaimed “part-gallery, part-pop-up shop, and part-showroom” will showcase an assembly of fine furniture and home accessories, and also feature art pieces and designs created by a number of Vancouver-based designers/creators. The two-week long affair will also feature fun networking events—designer happy hour, anyone?—as well as informative design seminars.The May 24 event features interior designer Amber Kingsnorth of Mark Interiors and renovation specialist Matt Durocher from Enduring Construction in conversation, discussing interior and exterior design. And May 26, art curator Pennylane Shen from Bau Xi Gallery discusses art and what being an art curator entails. Bring your curiosity and burning questions.
