The Umbra founder shares thoughts on design and branding at Vancouver Special's free speaker event.
Tonight Vancouver Special plays host to internationally renowned graphic designer Paul Rowan, co-founder of Toronto’s Umbra, as he shares his experiences with strategic branding and design.Umbra‘s a Canadian design success story, created 30 years ago with fashionable, functional products now sold in 120 countries. Some of their award-winning products include the Fishhotel Aquarium, a fishbowl modelled after a contemporary condo; the Conceal Book Shelf, a wall shelf that is completely concealed by the books it holds; and the Magino Stool, a transparent acrylic stool that doubles as a magazine rack and side table.
