Be sure to check out Arthur Erickson’s Dyde House, a short film on famed Vancouver architect Arthur Erickson’s hidden masterpiece in the aspen parkland of Alberta. The film takes a journey through Erickson’s history, and recounts other architects battle for this undiscovered home’s future. Trevor Boddy, architectural critic and the co-executive producer, will be in attendance leading a panel discussion after the film.
And we can’t forget about My Architect, playing on November 11. It’s the 20th anniversary of the film’s release, with a newly remastered version. Follow director Nathanial Kahn as he takes watchers on a journey of identity, art, and exploration of life—with some hilarious moments too!,
