If you haven’t yet been to a WL Design Talk, you’re missing out on a great night of design conversation over a glass of wine. If you have, you already know—WL Design Talks are a chance to reconnect with old friends, make a few new ones and take in some amazing work from a peer at the top of their game.

Our new WL Design Talk is on Wednesday, April 24 with Ben Leavitt of Plaidfox —our 2022 WL Interior Designer of the Year. Ben’s a dynamo as a designer, but also as a presenter: expect a fun, engaging night exploring what it takes to “Design a Memorable Home.”

How do you create a successfully designed space that truly feels like it speaks to the homeowner’s wants and needs? Leavitt joins editorial director Anicka Quin to chat about creating layered, dynamic spaces—whether it’s with a neutral colour palette or in the bold colour designs his firm has become known for.

And for IDIBC members, every WL Design Talk is eligible for one non-IDCEC hour of professional development credit.
