The Interior Designers Institute of British Columba announces its Shine Awards and Excellence program winners.
Last night the Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia celebrated the winners of its thirty-second annual Shine Awards of Excellence program, recognizing innovation and creativity in interior design.A panel of judges picked 17 winning projects, which consisted of everything from design-forward shopping centres and hotels to modern residential homes.Actor and emcee for the evening Russel Porter kept things lively between awards announcements, with the biggest of the night, the Robert Ledingham Award for Project of the Year, going to Adele Pransky, R.I.D. for Hotel Arts.
Robert Ledingham Award + Project of the Year: Adele Pransky, R.I.D. of Chil Interior Design for Hotel Arts with design team: Adele Rankin, Rachel Glazer and Paul Morisette. Pransky also received an Award of Excellence for this project.
Award of Excellence: David Nicolay, R.I.D of Evoke International Design Inc. for Waterfront Residence with design team: Simon Montgomery and Dean Collingridge.
