This 109-year-old house got a massive upgrade by Project 22 Design to bring back its charm and sparkle. The breakfast nook combines the house’s history with its stylish present, remaining the same size and shape of the original construction but with an updated stained oak. This minimalist nook designed by Andrea Rodman is perfect for a low-stress, relaxing breakfast. Part of a 10,000-square-foot home in Victoria, we can assure you that the rest of the house is just as bright and airy.

Designed by Alison Connor and Aly Velji from Alykhan Velji Designs, this Calgary home plays with natural wood and colour and still maintains a sense of serenity across each room.
