Explore the new local standard of luxury living at the 2 River Green Grand Opening this weekend
You’ve no doubt heard the buzz around Aspac’s latest local development (two buildings full of optimized waterfront views, in case you needed a refresher) but this weekend you can see what the hype is all about for yourself when 2 River Green opens its stunning Presentation Centre to the public at noon on Saturday, October 24th.The 3-level, 24,000 square foot facility is the perfect preview for Phase 2 of the award-winning River Green Community, which aims to completely transform Richmond’s Fraser River shoreline. The unparalleled amenities at 2 River Green begin with a grand, hotel-inspired lobby featuring 24-hour concierge. Bold use of marble and pillars wrapped in geometrically aligned woods transform structural elements into artistic highlights in this gorgeous entry. An enclosed Zen garden to one side will separate the lobby from the swimming pool just beyond, as layers of water and greenery create an inviting ambiance.Integrated between 2 River Green’s two sister towers will be a lavishly landscaped courtyard, sundecks that appear to float on the water, a sparkling water garden designed to look as if it connects directly with the Fraser River just outside and plenty of comfortable seating to fully enjoy the surroundings. The luxury continues inside with interior amenities that include an infinity pool, whirlpool, steam room and sauna, fitness facility with state-of-the-art equipment and tranquil yoga area. The musically inclined will be able to practice on the piano or bring an instrument of their choice to 2 River Green’s acoustically insulated music room. There will also be a private theatre room, clubroom with large-screen TV and chef’s kitchen, an outdoor entertainment terrace with barbeque and a quiet study room.To complement the extensive water features incorporated throughout Aspac’s River Green community, the City of Richmond is adding a pier and floating dock right next door on the Fraser River. The pier will not only provide temporary moorage for leisure boats, it will be an amazing place to relax and enjoy an afternoon picnic or celebrate the sunsets. It’s hard to say what’s most impressive at 2 River Green. We’ll let you decide for yourself at this weekend’s Grand Opening. For more information please visit www.rivergreen.com or call 604.233.2633.
