If you invest in one or two design classics a year, it doesn’t take too long to fill your house with the objects that inspire you. Canadian lighting designers are really making a name for themselves internationally— Castor, Molo and Bocci consistently produce new pieces that are worth considering. Lighting is more trend-based than furniture, so try to source out the designer who started a particular trend that catches your eye, and you’ll have a better chance of ending up with a classic piece.

If you are cycling to this party, our Hole Slab Long boards will transport nicely on your handlebars. Or accompany a classic bottle of wine with a nice corkscrew, like the sleek and refined Stelton Classic.
