Ever wonder where your food comes from? MARKET restaurant wants to show you. On September 21, 70 diners will receive a four-course dinner prepared by MARKET chefs from ingredients selected only a few hours beforehand. From harvest to serving, the food preparation will be documented throughout the day to educate diners—expect farm-fresh images to accompany the meal. Money raised goes towards Grow Calgary, Canada’s largest urban farm, dedicated to providing fresh food for the Calgary Food Bank. Order your tickets here.
