Bar C serves their signature share plates alongside spirits from Alberta's first craft distillery.
Wine and beer tasting events are always happening, but it’s not very often you get the opportunity to eat a three-course meal that’s been expertly paired with cocktails and spirits. Lucky for us, Calgary’s Bar C Restaurant and Lounge has partnered with Eau Claire Distillery to do just that.On Wednesday, October 14, Bar C will serve some of their signature share plates alongside handcrafted cocktails using Eau Clair’s finest spirits. Eau Claire will also provide samples, giving you the opportunity to better taste the spirits used for each cocktail. Space is limited, so purchase your tickets — priced at $65 per person — before it’s too late.Bar C Food & Drink, 340 17th Avenue SW, Calgary. See bar-c.ca for details.
