Bacon is usually considered a breakfast staple, but the truly dedicated don’t let the time of day dictate their bacon consumption.Urban Digs Farm is hosting its sixth annual Baconfest this Saturday (September 26), and bacon will be starring in all sorts of creative, affordable dishes, such as Oceanwise Sockeye salmon with maple bacon topping and pastured heritage pork bacon hog dogs.
