Country Strong

The wallpaper in this primary bathroom ended up capturing the spirit of this entire home. The owner wanted something with an EscapetotheCountry-meets-the-Hamptons vibe, so designer Andrea Rodman opted for a classic William Morris pattern. “I knew this wallpaper could deliver the element of historical expression my client wanted for his modern weekend getaway house,” she says. Space Age

This powder room may be located in a West Vancouver home, but it looks as if it belongs up in space. From the oversized rounded mirror and the floating vanity to the Other Worlds wallpaper (which features an eclectic pattern of space opera characters), every element gives the room out-of-this-world style. Cheetah Girls

Animal prints don’t just belong in the pages of Vogue—they also belong in the bathroom, as evidenced by this Brianna Hughes-designed space. She finished the home’s Jack-and-Jill bathroom (shared by the owners’ young twins) with Aimee Wilder’s Cheetah Vision wallpaper. Step inside this gorgeous family home.

Common Scents

You won’t find any potpourri, candles or odour eliminators in this powder room. The team at Paul Lavoie Interior Design selected a wallpaper that not only gives the space an a-peeling look, but also an incredible smell. It’s banana-scented! Explore this colourful, Alice in Wonderland-inspired home.

Fish Eye

The fisherman aesthetic is having a major moment right now—and this Jack-and-Jill bathroom perfectly demonstrates how it can be brought into the home. Designer Cristina Rivett finished the space with a playful fish-print wallpaper and teal fish-scale-style tiles. Tour this 3,989-square-foot lakeside home.

Full Bloom

Designer Alykhan Velji went all out in this bathroom, incorporating a vintage-inspired Rebel Walls wallpaper, café-style blinds and richly veined marble countertops. “More is more, especially in powder rooms,” he says. “It’s an opportunity to go a bit beyond what you are comfortable with, experiment and have fun!” See the before and after renovation photos.
