When we named them among our 2019 Foodies of the Year, distillers Jason and Alayne MacIsaac of Sooke’s excellent Sheringham Distillery were kind enough to share this recipe for a gin-based cocktail that’s going to blow your after-work G&T out of the water.
If now is not the time to level up your home bartending game, when is?
1½ oz Sheringham Seaside Gin ½ oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur ¾ oz sparkling elderflower juice ¼ oz maple syrup ¼ oz lemon juice ½ oz loganberry or strawberry purée
Combine ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
