You're ready to level up from G&Ts. We believe in you.
When we named them among our 2019 Foodies of the Year, distillers Jason and Alayne MacIsaac of Sooke’s excellent Sheringham Distillery were kind enough to share this recipe for a gin-based cocktail that’s going to blow your after-work G&T out of the water.
If now is not the time to level up your home bartending game, when is?
1½ oz Sheringham Seaside Gin ½ oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur ¾ oz sparkling elderflower juice ¼ oz maple syrup ¼ oz lemon juice ½ oz loganberry or strawberry purée
Combine ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
