Local restaurants have some fun with the classic dish.
Burger aficionados, we’ve got some good news for you: the humble hamburger is getting its time in the sun thanks to the return of the annual Le Burger Week, running September 1 through 7, 2017.Participating restaurants from across Canada dream up a new take on the classic burger and offer them up for judgement from diners. Spanning three Western Canadian provinces (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan), the event is a celebration of both classic comfort food and innovation. You can see a full list of participating restaurants here, but we asked Fable Diner to share their recipe with us so you can upgrade your burger game at home after the week is over.
The editorial team at Western Living loves nothing more than a perfectly designed space, place or thing: and we’re here to tell you about it. Email us your pitches at [email protected].
