Wine lovers, this one’s for you: The 7^th Annual Dish ‘n Dazzle is the first to feature Wine Australia (along with more than 110 wines!). It’s the perfect night with 30 wine producers, more than a hundred wines, 13 restaurants and chefs, and six bartenders mixing some Aussie-themed cocktails. Plus, one lucky winner gets two tickets to Brisbane courtesy of Air Canada’s new Boeing 787 Dreamliner (just in case you need even more Aussie wine).Held at the Vancouver Convention Centre on May 18 (6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.), the BC Hospitality Foundation will be returning the profits to workers in the hospitality industry.
