FENIX are the innovative materials created for interior design by Arpa Industriale in 2013. They arise from the Italian design tradition and feature elegant colours and high-tech design.
FENIX® innovative materials from Arpa Industriale have revolutionized the world of interior design. They are not only beautiful to look at but, most importantly, they are also a high-tech material, made unique by their characteristics.
FENIX have these characteristics because they undergo a particular series of processes that includes a multi-layer coating and the use of next-generation acrylic resins, which are hardened and fixed through an Electron Beam curing process. With low light reflectivity, their surface is opaque, soft to the touch and anti-fingerprint.
FENIX materials are highly resistant to scratches, abrasion, dry heat, acid-based solvents and household cleaners. Thermal healing of superficial micro-scratches is also possible. FENIX surfaces have a unique non-porous external layer, allowing the material to stay neat with simple everyday care and cleaning methods.
Thanks to its special characteristics, FENIX NTM can be used for both horizontal and vertical surfaces and in a wide range of typical interior design applications, including kitchens, bathrooms, as a material for worktops, coating shutters, doors and walls.
The colour range includes a choice of classic timeless colours inspired by nature, pearlescent shades with a superb effect on SuperMatt surfaces, and an exclusive selection of Materic expressions. The stylistic choice for this material with an evocative surface was inspired by nature itself: warm or cool whites from winter landscapes; intense greys of still waters; the pearlesance of thunderous torrents; magnolia and beige that capture the very essence of the terra; and the blue and black of star-lit or very dark skies.
