Editor's Pick
Editor-in-chief Anicka Quin picks her H&M Home Collection favourites.
I travelled to Sweden not too long ago, and one of my stops included visiting an H&M on its home turf (the first “Hennes” store opened there in 1947). I couldn’t help but be a little jealous about the H&M Home line that hadn’t yet made it across the pond to us—but no longer! Canada’s first H&M Home hits the West Edmonton Mall on June 12, and we got a sneak peek at their new collection. It’s a mix of affordable and stylish, on-trend accessories (think oversize knit blankets, metallic containers, floral prints and ombre—my favourite! —cushion covers) for just about every room in the house, from baths to bed, to living and kitchen. Here are a few of my top picks from this summer’s collection. 1. Yellow blanket, $79.95. 2. Loose knit blanket, $59.95. 3. Metal container, $14.95. 4. Tote bag, $7.95. 5. Ombre cushion cover, $14.95. 6. Picnic blanket, $19.95. 7. Storage container, $12.95. 8. Cooler bag, $19.95. hm.com/ca/department/home
