See an hour of sunlight? Grab it on one of these.
We’ve hit that time of year when any hour of sunshine feels like it could be our last warm moment—and when I grab as many of those moments as I can on a beach blanket with the last of my summer reads. (I’m currently working through Jojo Moyes’ oeuvre, with The Last Letter from Your Lover maintaining my beach-reads-til-October vibe.)I recently discovered Vancouver-based Sunday Dry Goods, and love owner Emily Wade’s Turkish-style towels for their light and summery—yet super practical—feel. In sherbet shades like coral and mint, they get softer with every use, and they’re surprisingly absorbent despite being lightweight. But the real gem is the Everyday Family blanket—a little larger, perfect for the beach or a park, and just right for the fleeting days of summer.Sunday Dry Goods Everyday Family Blanket, $68, sundaydrygoods.com
