I almost fell out of my chair when I first saw Jamie Beckwith’s flooring collection on Instagram! The Ponti collection is perfect for this space: it contrasts the rounded organic form found in the rug and lighting and mirrors the angular sofa. divinefloor.com

This space wouldn’t be complete without this origami side table from our new furniture line, Petra. This table was designed as adaptive art, shifting shape and shadows throughout the day. The three stones were sourced with sustainability in mind—they were salvaged from a local stone fabricator. petrabylinger.com

Because the flooring and rug have a lot of visual movement, I selected a more minimal desk—the Column series from Vancouver designer Christian Woo—along with Eileen Gray’s classic Non-Conformist chair. I hope this chair reminds my client daily that she sits on a foundation of her big vision, courage and non-conformity. informinteriors.com

I’ve been really drawn to mixed-media rugs with different pile heights, looping techniques and textures, and the Isaac rug from Rug Society acts as a work of art on its own.  rugsociety.eu
