The Pan Pacific's latest renovation brings with it a suite of local cocktails. This one's great for sunsets.
I recently popped by the Pan Pacific Vancouver to check out the renovation of their restaurant and adjoining lounge bar. Now dubbed Oceans 999, the space takes advantage of the killer view over Coal Harbour, and mark my words, I expect to be spending many a Friday night on that patio over the water.Timed with the reno is a menu reboot too, and of course, a great cocktail list, each inspired by the local neighbourhoods. My personal fave? The Blood Alley: made with blood orange juice, bourbon and bitters, it’s a nice balance of sweet and bitter, and will look just as pretty as the sun setting in front of that patio. Even better? They’ve shared the recipe with us to make it at home. Just head to the WL Recipe Finder.
